Utqiaġvik Rentals at a Glance
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds programs through TNHA. This provides community access to affordable, safe, and sanitary housing, through two rental programs: Low-Rent and Fair Market. Tenants should refer to their specific lease and agreement for additional information, specifications and obligations. If you have any questions, please contact TNHA through our Contact Us page.
Low-Rent Rentals
TNHA’s Low-Rent Program provides a subsidized rental rate based on household income to serve our community’s Low-income Alaskan Native/American Indian members. Participants are required to verify their income at least once per year and within a reasonable time of actual change in income.
