Use the form below to submit a non-emergency work order online for repairs to rental units. You can also call Maintenance & Operations at (907) 852-7185 Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please do not visit the Maintenance Department in person.

    For emergencies after hours, on holidays or weekends, call NSB Security at (907) 852-2611. NSB Security will dispatch TNHA On-Call Maintenance staff to respond if need be.

    Emergency Repairs Include:

    • Locked out in cold and need assistance to get inside. There is a charge for this call-out service.
    • Water leak that can’t be stopped and is not containable.
    • Drain water is backing up and is not containable. If it is containable (usual cases),stop using water and call or submit an online work order to request repair.
    • Gas smell from/near Oven, Furnace, Water Heater and/or Laundry Dryer.
    • No Heat: boiler stopped working and room temperatures are dropping fast.
    • Fire alarm for the entire building is going off. (Smoke alarm chirping in each unit is an indication of low batter and is Non-Emergency. Visual fire and smoke should be reported to 911 immediately.)
    • Window that can’t be closed to stop cold. Do not leave open windows unattended in winter. Frozen windows are tenants’ responsibility. There is a charge for this call-out service.
