Housing Assistance
TNHA’s Homeowner Assistance Fund
TNHA’s Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is a program funded under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for eligible homeowners impacted by COVID-19. It was created to prevent mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities or home energy services, and displacement of homeowners.
This program is not limited to Alaska Natives, though Tribal Member applications will be given priority. TNHA will make payments directly to the service provider for approved applications.
If you are seeking home repairs to make your home habitable, contractors must be licensed and bonded. A scope of work and price quote are required prior to approval. See application for more details. TNHA is unable to perform repair work.
