Mr. Johnson joined TNHA with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 20 years of experience that he uses as he oversees all aspect of TNHA operations; providing the necessary resources and moving roadblocks to allow the TNHA team to grow and excel in our mission. He is passionate about team building and wants to instill a culture of continuous improvement that allows TNHA to enhance and grow our internal infrastructure to allow for consistent and sustainable construction of homes. Mr. Johnson appreciates the opportunity to positively impact people’s lives through his work at TNHA and in his spare time enjoys all things culinary, fishing, and traveling.

Ms. Lynch joined TNHA as an Office Specialist. Through dedication to personal growth, increased knowledge of TNHA’s programs, and love of helping people she has been promoted within the company. She currently attends Iḷisaġvik College and recognizes the privilege of being able to earn her BA in Business Administration to better serve her community. She counts her life blessed as a mom of five and foster mom to many more. She enjoys hiking, camping, crafting, and spending time with her family.
